HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh
You may send a message of condolence using this form on the www.royal.uk website. A selection of messages will be passed onto members of the Royal Family, and may be held in the Royal Archives for posterity.
An in person Book of Condolence for HRH Prince Philip will not be available in line with national advice.
Instead, residents without online access can leave messages of condolence:
- At a County Library, where staff will be able to support customers to complete the online return.
- By sending their message to Nottinghamshire County Council by free-post and this will be uploaded to the national book of condolence.
- From today, by telephone to Nottinghamshire County Council’s Customer Services Centre where they can dictate a message for uploading. This can be completed by calling 0300 500 8080 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
